This course is designed to train participants in the delivery of professional massage services, specifically Seated Chair Massage, Hand and Foot Reflexology, and Full Body Massage, with and without oil. Conducted in English, each module is comprehensively planned to cover both theory and practice, from pre-treatment activities to post-treatment activities.

Module 1: Seated Chair Massage – 40 hours

This module trains participants in the knowledge and skills necessary to provide Seated Chair Massage services. Topics to be covered include:

• Pre-treatment activities
• Client consultation techniques
• Practical application of Seated Chair Massage
• Post-treatment activities

Module 2: Hand and Foot Reflexology – 45 hours

In this module, participants learn the theory and application of Hand and Foot Reflexology. The topics covered will include:

• Pre-treatment activities
• Consultation with clients
• Application of Hand and Foot Reflexology
• Post-treatment activities

Module 3: Full Body Massage with Oil – 50 hours

Participants will be equipped with knowledge and skills to deliver a Full Body Massage with Oil. The main topics covered will include:

• Pre-treatment activities
• Client consultation techniques
• Techniques and methods to perform Full Body Massage with Oil
• Post-treatment activities

Module 4: Full Body Massage without Oil – 50 hours

In this final module, participants are trained to provide a Full Body Massage without Oil. Topics to be covered are:

• Pre-treatment activities
• Consultation with client
• Techniques and methods to perform Full-Body Massage without Oil
• Post-treatment activities

On completion of each module, participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide these services in a spa or massage establishment.
