COURSE SYPNOSIS

This course provides participants with essential cybersecurity awareness to safeguard personal and business digital environments.

With increasing reliance on digital systems, employees across all industries must understand common cyber threats and how to respond effectively.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify common cybersecurity threats such as phishing, malware, and social engineering.
  2. Recognise system vulnerabilities in workplace digital environments.
  3. Apply cybersecurity best practices to protect devices, networks, and sensitive data.
  4. Respond appropriately to cybersecurity incidents and follow escalation procedures.
  5. Understand the importance of data protection and regulatory compliance.

Course Details

  1. Minimum Primary School Level
  2. At least Workplace Literacy Level 3
  3. At least 1 year of working experience preferred
  4. Basic computer knowledge is recommended
