It is mandatory by law that every food handler is required to obtain a WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification before they can commence work in the F&B industry.
This course will go through the following modules:
1. Good Hygiene Practices
2. Use of Safe Ingredients
3. How to Handle Food Safely
4. How to Store Food Safely
5. Importance of Maintaining Cleanliness of Equipment and Premises
